I ordered an open box item that came with extensive damage large dents rust scratches and a huge crack that did not function properly - it was a hooded hair dryer that lifted my hair up into the fan and ripped out my hair.After a very difficult customer service exchange the best Salon Pro would offer is to try to fix the hair ripping but they would do nothing to repair the damage to the unit.In my exchange they told me that open box items should exhibit some cosmetic damage and function normally. The damage on my unit was extremely extensive and not just a bit of cosmetic damage.The unit has also been shipped with no packaging protection so it had probably been more damaged in shipment. I was supposed to send it back how I received it so it would have been more damaged going back and forth.I was unwilling to trust their repair process for the functional issue based on their lack of care for the other damage so I ended up losing 65 in restocking and shipping fees to send back the dryer.It was a terrible experience from start to finish. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The customer service I received thru themIs horrible. I purchased an open box item. I called and said the screw and hole were not lined up and I assume that is why it was open box. They wouldnt return and it took days get any response from them. Finally I had to drill the whole to fit. After spending over 700 I would have thought It wouldnt have had to be rigged to be put together. I asked for a partial refund or something to compensate but they wouldnt do anything. Beware of open box as it is a final sale. I will say even tho the company is not one I would want to deal with again and I wont ever buy from them again. The infrared heat lamp is wonderful.

Horrible company. Says there is a money back guarantee on items. However if you so much as open the box it voids that. How are you suppose to know if you like something if you cant even look at it let alone try it. Dont waste your money. Same item is on Amazon for half the price and they stand behind their return policy.

This was a waste of my money and when I tried to return it they wanted to charge me a shipping fee its not sturdy. The locks are easy to break into.

I purchased a halo wall-mounted dryer 7722. After just two weeks the motherboard went out. Salon pro sent me a replacement right away. 6 months later the replacement quit working as well. I shipped back the replacement at my expense only to hear they will not replace it unless I send back the original that I broke down for parts. I was forced to file a complaint with the B. B. I ordered a halo dryer from you. And when it came we didnt like how it looked in our salon. We used it One time only for about 8 minutes and we decided it wasnt for us. When I tried to return it and I was completely honest about putting it together you wouldnt let me return it. I couldnt talk to anyone about it. Your company has terrible customer service I would never recommend anyone to buy equipment from your company. Its not wise to make a hairdresser unhappy. I will tell everyone who is a professional who needs to purchase salon equipment to stay clear of your company. My daughter is opening her own salon in another city and trust me She wont be getting any equipment from you.

I bought the hooded hair dryer and it was easy to put together but as I was sitting under it the fan sucked my hair up into it and I had to cut my hair out I messaged the company right away and they told me to email a video of what happened so I did and never heard anything back Ive emailed a couple more times to follow up and no one has responded. I would never buy or do business with this company. The product is clearly defective and they not care about you enough to even respond to an email. Absolutely terrible

Id love to leave a better review but I paid 500 for a dryer and when it arrived it didnt work. They had fedex pick it back up and 6 weeks later I still havent received a new dryer replacement every time I contact them they tell me to track down fedex fedex has no idea where the package is and I literally have no help and have lost 500 dollars. I wish there was a better way to go in house to get salon equipment because this was a huge loss of money and time.

We decided to replace an old halo heat lamp with one of Salon Pros heat halo lamps and we are all quite satisfied From the ease of ordering through the promptness of shipping to the quality of the product is all excellent. We had a great experience and we will be buying more through Salon Pros.
