SalonPro Equipment

I bought the hooded hair dryer and it was easy to put together but as I was sitting under it the fan sucked my hair up into it and I had to cut my hair out!!! I messaged the company right away and they told me to email a video of what happened so I did and never heard anything back, I've emailed a couple more times to follow up and no one has responded. I would never buy or do business with this company. The product is clearly defective and they not care about you enough to even respond to an email. Absolutely terrible!

I’d love to leave a better review but I paid $500 for a dryer and when it arrived it didn’t work. They had fedex pick it back up and 6 weeks later I still haven’t received a new dryer replacement, every time I contact them they tell me to track down fedex, fedex has no idea where the package is and I literally have no help and have lost $500 dollars. I wish there was a better way to go in house to get salon equipment because this was a huge loss of money and time.
