Scam Scam Scam.. Beware..I have taken a package in this company and they are really useless. I got call from one lady saying you won in the lucky draw so come and collect your gifts. Based on this we went and the meeting was held at Sheraton hotel sharjah lead by Anurag and his team. They convinced to take the tour package which was really worth when they saying but practically it is not. I felt this after-the days gone. Once after the second day this guy anurag he has not answered my call. I am really surprised from that day i got doubt about this company. And they never made any of the commitments fulfilled. They just keep delaying the request and ending up with failed. I have been since 7months with them nothing they have arranged for me. Lot of mails i sent they will just acknowledge and reply as concerned person will get back. No calls reaching them. And also they agreed to settle my EMI reimbursement in part by part with interval of 3months. I have been patiently waiting for that first EMI date to come and after that i sent mail requesting to transfer the amount to my account. Again they keep saying the same story that wait for 3months more to transfer the amount. These people are thinking that customers are fool so they keep on cheat more.I am really wondering still these people are conducting the meeting in same hotel and looting the money. Guys please be careful if anyone wish to go and attend kindly aware they are professionally trained for scam. So dont fall in the trap. If anyone seeing this review while attending their meeting just get up and come out thats my advice to save your money from this cheaters.I am planning to take legal action against this company so will initiate from the police station first. They took our money and promised many great services but they have not fulfilled any of our single request. It has been over a year and half and we have not received any of their services. When we asked for a refund due to lack of their services they are saying that amount paid is non refundable.Their customer service is terrible and their management team do not even respond despite of multiple emails addressing to them and they do not seem to care about their customers at all. Its very clear that theyre not a legitimate travel agent but rather a scam.I strongly recommend avoiding this travel agency. They are dishonest and unreliable. Look for a reputable travel agency instead. This one is just a waste of time and money.

They blocked my review on Google. Anyone reading this....please be aware that the Google reviews should not be trusted. They are asking their employees to open multiple fake accounts and post fake reviews. How can a company have each day and hour 5 star ratings constantly They are just posting fake 5 star reviews to remove the bad reviews so new clients will not see them. Absolute SCAM.This company needs to be closed and all those poor unfortunate people like myself who have lost money in this company need to be compensated.This was my Google review post that they have tactically blockedJune 1st update- their Delight team called my husband and persuaded him to take down this review inorder to avail services. So you can actively monitor your Google reviews and reply promptly but you cant reply to normal emails and provide services is it And the audacity they had to tell him one option to get a refund or your money back you can sell this package to another couple.If anyone has doubts about this company.....all their so called 5 star reviews start pouring in as soon as a 1 star reviews comes in. Their reviews do not have anything more than a year old and they claim they have been in this business for years when you go for their marketing presentation. Im sure all their employees are enjoying the trips and vacations with the hard earned money of unfortunate people like us and those are the posts that appear on their Google reviews. And if you call any of their managers or POCs they all happen to be on leave for indefinite periods of time left the company abruptly or non existent.Im sure you have not gone through any of your files else you wouldve seen my name along with my husband. Im not going to contact you. 2 times Ive come to your office and lodged a complaint. Dozen of phone calls between me and my husband to your office. Execrable customer service and a special mention with regards to your so called manager Mr Rajesh and Mr Josh who have not responded. I DO NOT WANT ANY SERVICES FROM YOU BUT A FULL REFUND FOR MY PACKAGE. Its been a year and nothing has been fulfilled from your side. I do not understand what scam you are trying to lead people with but its extremely abhorrent.Absolute scam. They just take your money and do not offer any services. Whats even more disappointing they dont even refund your money and give false promises. I have taken the membership in february 2023 and from that day till today i have sent atleast more than 150 calls and 52 reminders. They have 2 pending payments which was about to credit in may and june and nothing happened. And one payment of EMI Interest due in june and in consecutive monthsnever paid. I already make emails and they send me only acknowledgements. On call they promise it will be done in 1 day. That is passed 1 month before. Please beware of such frauds and i put my hard earned money and nobody is responsible to reply atleast.

The King liars..When they met me in mall told just fill the coupon and will get so many dubai activities for free..And rep called me informed me about lucky draw and invited me to collect gifts and vouchers which are useless and utter waster of time. Funniest thing is i could see n number of lucky draw winners there.I received a 12 pcs set but promised was branded 32 pcs set and vouchers. I tried to redeem coupon they havnt replied my emails for 2 weeks and final i wrote a review here and got call and received so many useless calls and mails. They send me some hotel names which is valued apprx below AED 49.00 and asking AED 500 registration fee for radeem gift voucherI came to know that so many people opted their packages and stil strugling due to un revealedhidden terms and conditions during presentation of packages.So guys stay away and be alert from these kind of scam. I beleive all these positive reviews are fake and paid.

It is such a big scamIt is such a big scam. They will give you amazing deals. Once you pay the cash everything will change. They wont pick your call. Whatever number they give youwill be fake .when you try after one month the number doesnt even exist. Only the customer care number will be working and nobody will pick your call. They will buy time by giving you fake promises. There wont be any person responsible for your money. You have to spend hours calling them but they wont pick the call. First 1 or 2 booking they will give that also some local activity. Then no response. I took this package on November 2022 for 25000 aed. They promise me skydiving and hot air balloon pass if i take for this amount. 7 months over no passes. Then they told they will give the refund for hot airballoon. Waiting since January for the refund. Everytime if you ask they will reply that they are working on it. I am fed of asking them. I wonder what big work they are doing to give a refund. When you take the package they will promise that your booking will be done within 1 week and will give you refund if there is any issues. But only in your dreams. I have made 7 or more bookings till now. Only 2 local activity pass they gave me after paying so much money. I am goin through social media also against this. No more people should be cheated by them..Whatever good reviews you see they are fake.I have my past 7 months experience. I wonder how such people exist in a country like this. I went there with my Wife and attend by ANURAG DARSHANA they showed us a very ROSY PICTURE with full of False commitments they offered us Local Activities like Ferrari World IMG World Burj Khalifa Top Atlantis Water Park etc along with International Holiday Hotel package and Umrah Package. Recently my family came to UAE on visit Visa So anyhow I have to spend some money on these activities due to which I fall into their Trap.Initial Offer was 50 Nights for 4 Persons 2 Adult and 2 Kids in 10000 AED and after negotiation we agree on 2500AED for 25 Nights. Before buying this package I clearly asked them that I am paying to avail Local activities before 15th June because my family will go back and after that this package will be of no use to me and they make all commitments and assured us that after 3-4 days of package activation you can start availing these activities. So I paid them 2500AED and got call from their reservation team and they provide me list of activities which is approx. value of 50DHS per person like Dubai Frame Miracle Garden Dhow Cruise etc When I demanded for IMG World or Ferrari World he started giving me excuses and unable to provide anything which is on higher price. Then I called Anurag he didnt picked up my phone nor revert on message by the time I got an Idea that I am be fooled by them But I tried my best and made rigrous follow ups on mail because OFFICE NUMBERS NEVER ANSWERED I was after their life because 2500 DHSDate 28th May23 Again I went to the same place as a new customer and again they started committing the same false commitments this time the persons were Gaurav and Naresh. After listening to their all false commitments I asked Naresh that I want Burj Khalifa IMG World Ferrari World and Stay in Queen Elizabeth Can you give me assurance that it will be provided before 15th June His answer was YES. Again I confirm and he was very confident that yes it will be available.Then I asked a question that these activities are for new customers or old can also avail so he was suspicious and answer yes it is available for all then I disclosed that I am your member I have bought package from you inspite of it why you people are not providing me if it is available. Somehow Naresh seems to be gentle and showcase as want to help me he asked me to come day after tomorrow I will help you. Then I went as per his given day and time and Gaurav escort to their office and handed over to Sahil and Sam or Sameer 2 more same frustrated customers joined me and I was shocked to see the behavior of these 2 guys They were literally mocking us and smiling on our faces I feel that they trying to say that you are fool people and later on they say the same thing. They tell us we dont have any slot till Aug and they say that SALES PEOPLE DO FALSE commitments to sell their product they were trying to justify and accepted that yes we do business in this manner only. They say that you want to go legal go or do whatever you want to do. I started feeling helpless because if we go legal then we have to pay file opening fees which is more than 2000 DHS and legal advice fees and other charges SO I thought that better take whatever best can take So I agreed on low cost activities also which I never wanted. They are well trained Frauds and they know how to handle after paying them you can not do anything because you dont want to pay further if you go legal against them. I know atleast 15 people who are befooled by them I can give their contact detailsSo with my little Professional Experience and after meeting them I got to draw their business model.Customers are categorized in 3 categoriesCategory A 60 to 70 Customers come under this category Nothing to provide service Or give 10 to 25 of Paid Amount and after that customer will forget Category B 20 to 25 Customer come under this category Provide Service to the value between 40 to 60 of Amount paid by Customer This is to those who made rigrous follow ups and not ready to give upCategory C only max 5 Customers Who Paid big amount and ready to go legal and they settle the case outside the court.So they are making more than 70 profit effectively from our hard earned money people like us.I am a fool of category B.So Do not Fall in their Trap Do your research first and believe on Verified Reviews only.

Update on my previous review.Got a call from the Royal Palm customer service team. They contacted me as they saw the posted review. They settled my EMI interest dues on the same day .Regarding the booking request I got a confirmation email from the team for the date May 20th.As per the mail they promised to provide the voucher 24 to 48 hours prior the date of booking. Hope they will provide it without fail.

SCAM ALERTWe joined RPH in JUNE 2022.Regarding EMI reimbursement WE HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING TILL DATE after multiple follow ups...its going to be an year nowIts a herculean task to get a booking from them.They always have same excuse INVENTORY UNAVAILABLE.Regarding the status of a booking request I sent email on Feb 20th requesting IMG world for the date MARCH 11th.They rescheduled it to MARCH 25th stating availability issues.Then when requested the ticket a day before the date a staff named George in a telephonic conversation again came up with many excuses and changed the date again to APRIL 30th and promised to give it without fail REFER SCREENSHOT FOR PROOFNow its the month of MAYMORE THAN 75DAYS PASSED AFTER I MADE A REQUEST FOR LOCAL ENTRY TICKETS.WE HAVENT RECEIVED OUR TICKETS YETThey stopped responding to our emails their landline will never get connected.So if you want to experience this kind of customer service join them..Otherwise JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM SAVE YOUR TIME MONEY

I really wish whoever is thinking or sitting in front of their marketing team to join their service should see this message and realize nothing will work out as they promise. I have experienced it 2 times and both the times I contacted them 2 to 3 months before for some booking and followed up every week that even cheaper ones within India and UAE. All time they just replied through email saying we will get back soon but till last moment nothing happens. Both the times I booked everything my own last minute to keep my promise to family which is an absolute money waste for me. They are never reachable over phone. The marketing team told me they will be available for any future help but when I called them for help they were saying our duty is just to make you join now nothing can be done by us email them and wait for reply. I have seen some positive comments below but from my experience I am 100 sure nothing will work out and I request everyone to realize the truth. Its an absolute fraud and scam company for me based on my experience.

I had taken a package and requested to book hotels but they are not able to provide the booking and giving so many excuses and I had done so many follow up with them but no booking was provided visited to their office sending so many emails but no proper responses from team.My suggestion is that kindly dont go with this company it will become your headache and later you will realize. which i am facing currently.I also have all emails correspondence which i had send to them to prove my words.Even dont believe on the words of Ms Sarika Khan and any other staff they all will commit to provide you the services and will request you to remove rating from this platform but you will not get the services from them.

And they will give you 2 months forward date and they didnot give me money on that date. Since i was trapped i removed review.So now they gave one more date 1 month forward. Again they did not give me money.They called me after 1 week to come for collection all the way from abu dhabi to sharjah when they promised that they will deposit in my account.They gave me 10 days forward cheque.Finally i got the money after more than 3.5 monthsDont fall in their trap

I filled a raffle coupon in Safeer mall Sharjah same I was called to attend their seminar in Sheraton Hotel Sharjah with my wife to claim my prize. Even though I was hesitant in buying my wife insisted I ended up buying 30 days package. They promised me interest free monthly payments however my bank advised that it was not possible I had to pay the whole amount upfront as they dont deal with this company. Luckily when I contacted them they answered advised they would refund me 1000 provide 3 extra night.Sometime later we planned a staycation we tried to contact them thru email well ahead of time we got no response. After several calls went unanswered I read reviews found out this company is a long running scam.I filled a case against them thru Tasheel office in Sharjah. The process is lengthy as all the documents are required to be legal translated to Arabic for court. There will be several online session court dates only. After that the court will summon you send an agent to their office to serve the final notice. Once we went as usual their office was closed no matter what time of the day you attend. They do not answer phone calls at all.Since they dont even respond to court after a few online court hearings there will be a judgement against them. Once that happens you need to go back to Tasheel office advise them to legally put the bans on their company by paying small fees like Visa Renewal ban Licence renewal ban Ejari ban Vehicle renewal ban so on. After I did all the bans were implemented I was contacted by their attorney who offered me half of my money in form of cheque to withdraw my case I refused requested full amount. After several more phone call of their attorney insisting on setting on smaller amount which I refused I was offered my full refund which they had to pay in court I agreed to remove the case.This company is doing this scam weekly basis in different hotels by hiring their meeting rooms out of hundreds of people several people end up buying their fake travel package. They are aware that people dont have time to go thru the hassle of courts to get their money so they do this brazenly.I request the authorities to look into this all similar companies root out all the fake ones who prey on peoples emotions to scam them out of their hard earned money with zero return.
