This is my experience from royal migration dubai.In july 2021 i applied in their website for job.Next day I got the call from them and the employee name is Ms.PRAFITTA.L migration consultant asked me about the job and where you want to work.i said I want to work in europe then she refer malta country.i said okay after two days she again called me that job is confirmed and the job title is administrationbasic salary 1650 euros and the duration is 5 to 8 months then i agreed.she sent another mail initiate the process. It mentioned one time payment 5000 AED or installment 7000 AED.first installment 3500 AED then remaining after visa approval.so I paid 3500 AED through their website Royalmigration.com. After its credited then she sent one agreement to sign.i signed in that agreement. 01 August 2021 She assigned a case officer Mr.RIYAZ KHAN to handle my application process.my case ID 76901.Mr.Riyaz was informed me that we have forwarded the resume to their business associates and they are in the process.i sent email him about anything updates in my process. He said your CV is re framed and the same will be posted online shortly which made me confused.So I asked Ms.PRAFITTA immigration consultant about the what Mr.RIYAZ said .she replied there is a procedure to get the job it doesnt mean you wont get or not.surely you get job only they gave hope.everymonth I asked them they replied there is some positive response for your profile.Month were passed exactly one year he sent email regarding that your contract expired if you want to renew or signup your new agreement and applicable fees per accounts department.However if you choose to withdraw or not continue your application it will be consideredavoluntary withdrawal and no refund will be provided.so I tried to contact MS.PRAFITTA through WhatsApp.another person replied that shes is on vacation and will be back 20th September 2022 .again I tried after 20th they replied She is no longer working with us. First of all this is my Personal experience with Royal Migration I want to tell you in Easy way that How these Fraudulent Migration companies works in UAE First of all based on the language an agent attends you in your own language mostly they have Punjabi Speaking Agents whose job is to get money from you with Use of Any Trick or Backhome relations and for that they will use everything they needed. They may offer you to visit to there office once to satisfy you but of course it will be your first and last visit in their office after that You will never get ssme. Once you have deposited 4000 or 5000 dirhams Signed Contract that particular agent may never see you again on any Paltform Then There will be a Start Game of mails first you will receive mails every 10-15 days or once a month to make sure that they are working on your application.Then the process of Changing Processing Officers will start every month you will receive a mail that your processing officer has been changed and from today onwards this new officer will attend to you for Further They will be told you that we need at least 30 or 32 proposals from Employer from Country you wanted to Migrated. Once or twice a month they will Inform you by mail that Proposals are increasing so in this whole process you will be already wasted at least 6 to 7 months.Then it will be your turn to hang more so that They can have more time from you. then once a month you will be asked for any of the documents Sometimes a School certificate Or Police Clearance Certificate Which is Legally Required we know But Until now You dont even have idea that They Applied your Application or not in this Whole Process 12 months given to you during this whole process or 15 months will elapse then you will get a Surprise with Proposal that the Embassy is not issuing visa to the place you want to go this stage But if u agrees We should apply for Another country but for that you have to Pay 4000 or 5000 Dirhams more and Because you are already Harrased surving with Mentally torture given by them if you refuse to pay you will be told to wait Until Embassy is not issuing Visa and this wait may be a year or 2 years or more and if you talk about money refund then the Task becomes a little easier for them. They have a One Simple Dialogue that the Money Paid by You is Completely Non-refundable as Per the Contract which you have signed with us. They will be forget that at that time you also said that it is a work of one year or 6 months even it is written in Contract. So my request to all my brothers and sisters is to help Atleast a poor person better than giving them money their faith is dead already. Above information basis on my own application which I applied to them in the year 2019 Case ID 75187 for Australia work permit and surprisingly They dont even asked my Current UAE Legal Documents as I already renewed my Visa from last 8 months.

In 2020 they told me that I had reached the final stage of the process and Im only waiting for my LMIA. I signed a contract with Total migration back in Feb 2020 where I was promised to get the visa and a job offer in less than 18 months. The representative confirmed that the visa is 100 coming.. now or is Sept 2021 and there is nothing in my hand. I went to their office where I found it is just a small office in one of the most difficult towers to access in Dubai.. I asked to see my application and they refused because a client has no right to see anything.. He did not even know what is he working on and his approach was like a D-grade movie villan. Thats the last best I can explain him better. He arranged a call with me without even understanding what my case is.When asked to clarify all he repeatedly kept telling us is that your application is become stagnant. Very poor service and no decency at all.I fail to understand what kind of staff have they hired in this company and the audacity they have to speak to their customers in such rude fashion. Royal migration DUBAI -Cheated so many poor peoples lives. They select those people who are getting a low salary. AED 3000 3500 and give fake promises offering guaranteed visa in Canada Australia Denmark etc. and never help them with the process and promise them that they will refund after a year if they dont get the Visa. And force to sign the agreement and take your money.The idea is brilliant their sales team will find out people who are looking Jobs Migration for other countries who are getting low salary in Middle East countries. Once they Collected the money the sales staff job is finished. Then the office staff will take care the account.In the opening itself we need to write 02 -03 mails calls to get a reply from them. Then further follow up they will say they are on processing will update in every 02 weeks and collect copies of certificates frequently educational certificate experience certificate etc They will make the feel that they are processing the visa. They will extend the process as much they can telling nice excuses. Finally after a long wait of 2 years they will simply say the application was not successful you can request for refund.Then they will move the file to Refund department. See they already have a separate refund department where they make money. Now you will see the real face of RM. First the refund department will find unnecessary reasons from the contract and try their maximum to avoid refunding the money.Rarely they are refunding 25 of the paid amount for some clients after a long struggle where they failed to cheat the client.What RM is doing They nicely collect the money from a client eg. AED 5000 and will invest that money in other business and make profit from that money or just imagine if they invest the money in a bank and simply sit in the office. In one year the minimum bank interest will comes around AED 400 450 they will keep us waiting for 02 years and will pay 25 of AED 5000.They are not giving any money from their pocket .They will just pay the refund which they make from that money only. Some clients try for a refund and will fail at some points. RM will find silly excuses like.. Certificates not given on time.given certificate was not original etc. where they make more money.As per them they are 18 years old company they are not fraud. Some people who are highly qualified with all eligibility who applied through them may get the visa done. Again after a long wait only and its very rare cases .But 100 sure they are well planned fraud.All their staffs are trapped and they also know all the facts but they need job and salary so they are part of it.Simply ignore them. They will spoil your life. They are not doing anything for us. They simply collect our money and doing other business.There sales team will find new clients. The process continues
