Winning Strength Southampton is a private strength and conditioning gym on Park Street in Shirley, Southampton, opened in 2009. The gym offers Pro Memberships and a Strength Pass, along with a Speed School and a Strength School for young athletes aged nine and over. It also runs workshops and events, injury and rehabilitation support, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy using its in-house hyperbaric chamber, with training carried out on specialist equipment. The gym opens early mornings to evenings on weekdays and on Saturday mornings, and enquiries are handled online rather than by phone.
