UFit Fitness is a large gym at Trident Park off Ocean Way in Cardiff. Its facilities include Eleiko equipment, 15 squat racks, 85 cardio machines, dumbbells up to 80kg, 20 metres of artificial turf, a WATT bike studio, a boxing studio, a hot yoga studio and the Container CrossFit box. Classes cover CrossFit, Olympic and women's-only weightlifting, HYROX, bootcamp, cadence, hot Pilates, yoga, boxing and jiu-jitsu. Personal trainers, physiotherapists and chiropractors work on site, and the gym also has a cafe, showers and free parking.
