Timberyard is a family-run restaurant on Lady Lawson Street in central Edinburgh, opened in 2012 and focused on ingredient-led cooking that follows Scotland's seasons. It works closely with local growers, foragers and artisan producers, serves only wild meat such as deer, game birds and hare alongside ethically sourced seafood, and offers vegetarian and vegan menus. The restaurant received a Michelin star in 2023 and a Michelin Green Star in 2026. Its wine cellar concentrates on natural wines from France, Italy, Spain, Austria and elsewhere.
