Restaurant Sat Bains is a restaurant with rooms on Lenton Lane in Nottingham, taken over and renamed by Sat and Amanda Bains in 2005. It serves creative, seasonal modern British cooking and has held two Michelin stars since 2011. The main dining room seats 28 guests, with a series of set menus served each evening, and an on-site urban garden supplies herbs, leaves and seasonal produce for the kitchen. Seven individually designed bedrooms allow diners to stay overnight, with breakfast served the following morning.
