The Ubiquitous Chip has operated on Ashton Lane in Glasgow's West End since 1971. The venue combines a fine dining restaurant with a brasserie whose experimental kitchen serves small and large sharing plates, and both menus put Scottish ingredients at the centre. It also has several bars, including the Wee Whisky Bar with an extensive whisky selection, a Corner Bar overlooking Ashton Lane, and a rooftop terrace.
