Southampton Barbell is a private, members-only strength training gym on Manor Industrial Estate in Millbrook, Southampton. The gym is equipped with competition-grade bars, plates and racks for powerlifting and strength training, along with a full range of resistance machines. Membership is arranged by appointment, and coaches Tom and Luke provide tailored coaching programmes for members training for competition or for general health goals. The gym also hosts an in-house osteopathy clinic treating sports injuries, work-related strain and pain, and supporting mobility and recovery.
