Dr. Friedman is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The American College of Oral Implantology, The American Society of Osseointegration, and a member of the American Academy of Osseointegration. He is also a member of The International Society of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery.
