I went to Palencia Dental seeking relief for severe TMJ pain. Before my visit I specifically asked about costs and was told someone would be available to explain insurance coverage and pricing. That was a lie.Instead I was rushed through the door photographed hooked up to a TENS unit without explanation shown a flashy video and handed a clipboard of questionsall before anyone mentioned that the treatment would cost 6500. No breakdown no discussion of options no medical explanationjust a jaw-dropping price tag for something not even guaranteed to work.When I said I couldnt afford it they quickly dropped it to 5800 like they were haggling at a car dealership. Then they pushed a credit check to get me on a payment planas if debt is a cure for jaw pain.I asked to be unhooked and walked out in tearshumiliated angry and disgusted. This place isnt a healthcare provider. Its a predatory sales operation preying on people in pain. Stay far far away.
