HENCH is a Belfast gym on Cromac Street, beside St. George's Market, that has offered training since 2012. It focuses on small-group strength training, with personalised programmes, a coach present at every session and reserved equipment so members do not queue or share kit. New members can begin with a 30-day challenge or trial. Progress is tracked using medical-grade body composition analysis, and the facility includes private changing and shower cubicles, an infrared sauna, a Cryospa for contrast therapy and on-site parking.
