There are certain common features that discerning people look for and expect when choosing a gym, features that Fitness 365 offers with the experienced ease of a facility that’s been a part of the neighbourhood for decades, and will continue to be a part of the neighbourhood for decades to come. Our gym opened its doors in 1994 under the original name “Monster Gym.” As the years passed, a more suitable name was chosen, Fitness 365, reflecting the simple fact that WE NEVER CLOSE: we’re open and fully staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (or 366 in a leap year!).
