UrbanCore is a Toronto-based fitness philosophy. We are a group of motivated people that are inspired by the challenge of living well, while living on-the-go. Since 2010, we have organized and facilitated successful after-work and lunchtime fitness classes and wellness events for health conscious professionals across the GTA. We proudly accommodate a variety of fitness-related requests. Our trainers are able to come to you, or you can come to us at anyone of our already established locations! From one-on-one personal training to customized group program creation, or wellness events for your tenants and employees, our experts will challenge, motivate and help achieve the results you’re after.
