About Base Gym Bristol

Base Gym Bristol is a strength-focused gym at Hicks Gate on Bath Road, Brislington, one of the Base Gym sites alongside a location in Yeovil. The bodybuilding area includes plate-loaded and pin-loaded machines, cable stations and a wide range of dumbbells, while powerlifters can use racks, platforms, competition bars and calibrated plates. The gym also has a functional training zone with turf and sleds, conditioning equipment such as air bikes and bag work, a dedicated strongman section and personal training.
