19th Avenue Family Practice is a general practice in Elanora on the southern Gold Coast, founded in 1998 by Dr Tim Hardy and owned since 2023 by Dr Ian Black and Dr Paul Hamilton. The practice cares for patients of all ages, offering vaccinations, chronic disease management, mental health care, women’s and men’s health, paediatrics, older persons’ medicine, aged care and palliative care. Procedural and specialised services include skin checks and skin cancer excisions, wound care, iron infusions, Mirena insertion, CASA medicals and travel medicine with yellow fever vaccination. It opens Monday to Friday.
