Evil company. The worst I have dealt with. They will steal your money and not provide the service. Do not even try them!

I wish I read these reviews before booking with them… absolutely unprofessional, I have been clinically diagnosed with autism and adhd. I booked in for my adhd, to hopefully get help with it. I sent my reports in when I booked and was told psych will read before appointment. Appointment was 12:00-1245. She was late, she can on 1215. She said there are no reports on my file and proceeded to diagnose me with manic depression and prescribed me with inhibitors, all within 20 mins with no medical history, she left me in a heighten state and had no care for my well being nor her duty of care. How can someone with no history etc even give such and diagnosis all in 20 mins.. I will not be going back and will make a complaint to accc and the psych board. Extremely unprofessional, and have no duty of care.
