Wynwood Fitness Club is a training gym on NW 24th Street in Miami's Wynwood district. It runs CrossFit and HYROX programmes along with strength training that covers Olympic lifting and powerlifting technique, delivered through group classes, semi-private coaching and open gym sessions during staffed hours. The training space is equipped with barbells, rigs, rowers and HYROX race simulation equipment. The club opens early on weekdays and for shorter morning sessions at weekends.
