Our kitchen revolves around our hand-built wood-fired oven, which produces a selection of sourdough bread and creative Canadian comfort food. Woodlot features two seasonally evolving menus: the first with offerings from our artisanal Meat purveyors and a second dedicated to all our Vegetarian friends. We have a large and ever evolving selection of intriguing natural wines, microbrewery beers, and seasonal cocktails to match the food and ambiance.
