Worst customer service and defected products. Please beware of buying anything from this brand. They will send you bad quality products and refuse to return or exchange. I have never posted a negative review for any brand or company. But after chasing their customer care for a month and writing numerous emails and whatsapp messages and calling them every few days, I am finally writing my honest feedback. There were Scratch marks all over the product and once you've sent them videos and pictures- they say it is handmade and the product will have these marks all over. I am an avid online shopper and have bought from small, medium and big brands. But never have I had this kind of an experience. Now I am stuck with a defected product and am unable to use it. Shame on them for cheating their customers.
