Their professionalism is in minus. They have different policies for everyone which evolve everyday as per the wishes of a toxic and dubious HR. They are exploitative and try to manipulate your weakness/vulnerability against you. Their salaries are meagre, if you settle for 25k for a 60k work they would happily oblige. They even hire people for less than minimum wage or what one would pay to an intern. Hence the secrecy and restriction on interaction with other people esp . from other departments. They would judge you for talking to opposite gender. Their quality of work/output is questionable but they would leave no chance to deduct your salary even if the country is at fire. Yet they like to pretend that they are very kind and nice and have bought you and your life out of sheer sympathy otherwise you would have had rotten in sh*t. They have a snobbish attitude against their pathetic facilities and even expect you to clean their dirty office. Its a group of social rejects who lack basic human values and etiquette. Their services are next to zero: no tea, no clean drinking water, and a horrible washroom. They even do not have a generator; you have to sit in dark and sweat during June July waiting for the electricity to restore. Oh, there is a toad-like boss who doesn't even know to talk let alone communicate. The place is not worth it, much rather have a roadside stall.
