Viasky Company

Purchased the server from them and after some days server went down and there is no response from live chat or mail. They stole the data and deactivated the server and did not respond to any tickets I raised. It's been 2 weeks without any response on support on service. Be careful if you purchased from viasky.

I've been using a Viasky server for the past 30 days and so far everything looks great, I also can reach the customer service through live chat pretty easy whenever i need support.

I bought 1 France server from Viasky and it's amazing.

I was renting a cloud dedicated server from them and it was often offline. After cancelation of product they still charged me for another month and refused to give a refund.

ordered a "Dedicated server" have nothing but errors all over the place. asked for a refund about 3 times and all they are saying is either, send a screenshot or try this server. it's unfortunately got to the stage where I must let everyone know about these guys. I think its controlled and operated by one guy called Davood Abid. I wish I read the previous review here. I will not stop asking them about a refund. I will never be using or recommending this "company" to anyone.

Worst support, they dont care and charge hell lot of money
