About Union Yoga Ayurveda

Union Yoga Ayurveda is one of Singapore's best yoga therapy centers. It is our mission to help people with their physical, mental, and spiritual health in Singapore through yoga therapy. There is a variety of courses we offer, including Yin yoga teacher training, Prenatal yoga courses, Mandarin yoga instructor course, Chinese yoga training programs, and more. Our course is designed to give you the skills and confidence to teach yoga as a professional. It’s also designed for people who want to teach yoga in their own time, as a hobby, or just for fun. We will equip you with all the knowledge and practical skills you need to be a successful teacher of yoga – from teaching children, teenagers, and adults - to teaching pregnant women, seniors, or those with disabilities.
