About Truth BBQ

Truth BBQ is a Central Texas-style barbecue restaurant on South Heights Boulevard in Houston, with a second location in Brenham. The Houston pit serves smoked brisket and other barbecue staples for walk-in diners and curbside orders, and it provides catering for events. Through its online shop the business sells meats, sauces, pickles and apparel, ships whole briskets, offers smoked turkeys and holiday meals for pickup, and runs hands-on barbecue classes for home cooks.
