Trust is a neighbourhood restaurant on Park Boulevard in San Diego's Hillcrest district serving wood-fired New American cooking. The kitchen focuses on bold flavours prepared simply over an open flame and builds its menus around seasonal ingredients sourced through relationships with local farmers and purveyors. Wine and cocktails form a central part of the offering. The restaurant has been included in Michelin's California guide and has received recognition from the San Diego Union-Tribune.
