Overall, we had a positive experience. The booking process was fairly simple, and the itinerary covered most of the places we wanted to visit. Hotels were decent, and transportation arrangements worked well for the majority of the trip. There was one small issue with a transfer timing, but it was sorted out after we contacted the support team. I think the biggest advantage was having the main parts of the trip arranged beforehand. At the same time, I’d recommend checking the itinerary carefully before confirming everything, especially if you have specific preferences. Still, it was a good experience and made our holiday considerably easier.
