Founded in 2011, TOCA is located on the mezzanine level of The Ritz-Carlton Toronto, in the heart of the city's performing arts & theatre district. TOCA serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. Featuring a cheese cave, wine cellar and Chef's Table, a highly interactive and engaging dining experience is offered. TOCA is proud to collaborate with Chef Oliver Glowig, one of Rome's most celebrated restaurateurs.
