Good Food Guide co-editor Terry Durack says the line between bars with food and restaurants is becoming blurred. There are so many good small bars in Sydney, he and co-editor Joanna Savill have created a category for them. "Many of them will easily make the transition from the bar section to becoming regular entries in the Good Food Guide in future, which gives a strong indication as to where Sydney is heading," he says. "We don't mind where good food comes from, as long as it's good.
