I graduated from UNLV in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice. I was a parole and probation officer with the State of Nevada, before attending law school. I graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1983 with a J.D. I am licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada as well as the State of Texas. I am also admitted to practice law before the US District Court in Nevada. I have practiced law in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1984. My practice has been primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, personal injury and divorce law. I have filed more than 50,000 bankruptcies for Nevada residents. I have always kept my fees as low as possible. I realize you are in financial trouble.
