The Heart Bandits

Horrible experience with THE HEART BANDITS SAN DIEGO. You’ll regret it! My fiancé booked the Neon Marry Me Sign Proposal for $1,049 plus the videographer/photographer $1,500. THIS WAS SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. My fiancé asked to plan it outside the Marine room on the beach ( because it’s private). He told them his exact plans ( see attached emails). Mark and I went to dinner at the Marine Room La Jolla at 6pm. When we got there it was high tide. Due to high tides they told him they moved it to La shores beach. Instead they actually moved the proposal next to Kellog Park (kids park). It was on the grass. We were in the middle of people who were camping out in there tent to the left, a homeless person asleep on the bench in front of the sign, kids screaming next to us, someone playing football, soccer ball kicked into the middle where he was standing to propose, tree about to fall and a trash can behind us. Why was it on the grass and why was it in the middle of the most crowded spot on the whole beach? Why wasn’t it on the beach in front of kellog beach? The candles and the roses on the floor looked like a big circle instead of a heart. The videographer re-edited our video and it was a min ( more like the sneak peak). We are still shocked and disappointed by this experience. See attached emails.
