On level one, you will find The Carlton bar, a wildly decadent and dimly-lit space overseen by Wally the Ostrich and Gerald the Giraffe. Cosy up in one of our private booths or lose yourself under the night sky from our luscious outdoor balcony. The bar is open seven days per week and features DJs five nights a week. On Friday nights catch resident DJs Slippery Slopes, Cliftonia, Harley and Ben&Lil playing an eclectic mix of cosmic baselines and beats. On Saturday evenings resident DJs Kista, Beth Grace and DJ Demize fuel your evening with funk, soul, house and hip-hop into the early hours.
