The Bakistry is a cake studio founded by Vidhu Saxena, with co-founder Sanidhya Saxena, that began in a Noida home kitchen and later grew into a cloud kitchen and then retail outlets. Its Noida shop is on Cleo Street in Sector 121, and a second outlet operates in Model Town, Delhi. The bakery specialises in custom and designer celebration cakes, all of them eggless, including ganache-finished designs. Its range is organised by occasion, covering cakes for children, adults, anniversaries and festivals across Delhi NCR.
