Templo is a small restaurant on Patrick Street in Hobart that seats around 25 guests, some on stools and at a shared table. It serves a set menu that changes daily, built around seasonal, locally sourced Tasmanian produce, and pairs it with minimal-intervention wines from small producers. Guests may also bring their own wine for a corkage fee. The restaurant opens for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday and closes for a break over the Christmas and New Year period.
