Strength Union is a strength-focused gym with a location on SE Pershing Street in Portland and a second gym in Milwaukie, with one membership covering both. Members get 24/7 key fob access with no contracts or initiation fees. The gym offers small group training, personal training, virtual coaching and nutrition coaching, and it runs a powerlifting team that trains for lifting competitions. Scheduled drop-in hours, a free first class, day passes and tours are available for newcomers.
