Strength Sanctuary

About Strength Sanctuary

Strength Sanctuary is an independent gym on Hayward Street in Stafford, in Brisbane's northern suburbs. Members have access to strength and cardio equipment on flexible month-to-month or longer-term memberships, along with personal training and group fitness classes, including group personal training and breathwork sessions. The facility includes a recovery centre with sauna and ice baths, available to members and on single-session passes. The gym runs community days and member recognition initiatives, and sells its own activewear range.
