SBG Australia is a first class Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Kickboxing and Fitness Academy in Sydney's Inner West. As a member of SBG International, the world's largest functional martial arts organisation, we're affiliated with over 50 academies teaching the principles of "Aliveness" across the globe. Head Coach (2nd degree BJJ Blackbelt) Ben Power first encountered SBG concepts in 2003 when his good friend and the Godfather of Irish MMA, John Kavanagh (SBG Ireland founder, Head Coach to UFC Featherweight champion Conor McGregor) hosted SBG President Matt Thornton for a series of seminars in Dublin.
