Extremely Toxic Work Environment – Not Recommended Working at this company has been one of the worst experiences of my career. The management team is primarily made up of siblings, many of whom have little to no IT knowledge. Despite their lack of relevant expertise, they run the company as though it’s their personal playground. Several of them have backgrounds unrelated to IT—some even come from running garment shops—and yet they hold key positions. This has left employees struggling with poor management and a lack of understanding of the industry. The CEO prioritizes money above the employes, often dismissing everything else as "trash." When employees ask for salary increases, the CEO responds with nothing but excuses, blaming market downturns while failing to acknowledge the company’s ability to reward its talent. Another key figure, @Piyush Gurnani, holds the title of "Growth Partner" despite his vague credentials. His communication skills, professional etiquette, and ability to manage employees are severely lacking. He approaches leadership with the immaturity of a child, and his ineffectiveness only adds to the company’s dysfunction. @Dipu Gurnani, who has no IT background, somehow manages the SEO and PPC teams. Despite lacking the necessary skills and experience, he treats even the most experienced employees with disregard, making them feel like expendable resources. Team Lead, Mr. Siddharth Parmar, is another key player in the company’s toxic environment. His arrogance surpasses that of the CEO, and he is deeply involved in office politics. Favoritism and bias run rampant, and it’s almost impossible to succeed without playing the game. Survival in this environment is a challenge for anyone with integrity. @Akshay Mehta, a senior developer, lacks the qualifications for his role but has mastered the art of office politics. He spends more time flattering the CEO and management than contributing to the success of the company, further perpetuating the toxic culture. The HR department is essentially a puppet of management. While they may appear to help with problems or queries, they are merely passing along decisions already made by management. The HR team is deeply entrenched in groupism, often treating employees based on favoritism, which undermines any sense of fairness or support. If you’re looking to grow your career and gain real professional experience, this is not the company for you. However, if you’re interested in navigating office politics and dealing with a toxic environment, it may be a "perfect fit." For anyone serious about their professional development, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
