Stalactites Restaurant is a Greek restaurant on the corner of Lonsdale and Russell Streets in Melbourne's CBD. The Konstandakopoulos family opened the restaurant on this corner in 1978, and it remains family-run. The menu centres on spit-roasted souvlaki, gyros, slow-cooked lamb and house-made dips. The restaurant keeps late hours, trading until midnight from Sunday to Thursday and until 2am on Friday and Saturday, and closes on Christmas and New Year holidays.
