Rudrasamrat

Their customer service is the worst ,I have never talked with such a uncivilised business men in my life. I ordered a Collector size 5 mukhi Rudraksha from their website and called in the number provided in the website +91 97298 45915 which is of their owner only ArushanR Katyal , i called them because I was a first time Rudraksha buyer and one point of the Rudraksha appeared to be a bit different from the other parts of the Rudraksha so i called them to check the pictures and videos of the Rudraksha captured by me but the one on the call started talking rudely with me and misbehaving to an extent he said “aapka vehem hum thik nahi kar sakte doctor ko dikhayei apne seher ka” i paid 2100 for the rudraksha and he cant even listen and clear my doubt by checking it. To all those who are thinking to buy from them , please keep in mind that even if you receive a damaged item they will never replace or refund it and will misbehave with you. My product may be authentic and not damaged , i don’t know but they don’t have the basis knowledge of how to talk with customer who trusted them and MR Arushan R Katyal you seem to give lecture and gyan on your podcasts and reels about Mahadev but this is how you treat the Bhakts of Mahadev when they ask their queries after paying thousands of hard earned money. He is a coward who blocked my number after Misbehaving with me. Mein toh ek din iska hisap jarur lunga chahe 1 saal lage ya 10 saal hein , hum pakke waale Mahadev bhakt hein na kisi ko cherte hein aur agar humko koi chere toh uska bhi hisap dene mein saksham hein lekin Mahadev bhi iska hisaap jarur karega kyunki sirf mein hi nahi hu jiske saath isne esa behave kiya 23% rating hi 1 star hein trustpilot mein which is a unbiased platform aur 4-5 comment ke user bhi same problem face kiye misbehave kiye gaye , Aur unki website mein more than 50 percent comment aur rating fake hein aaplog khud hi dekh lena kuch 3-4 jaan har product mein comment aur rating ke saath mil jayenge copy paste krte krte.
