Inspired by the Spanish, Italian and Catalan origins of the founders, Europea offers a techno-emotional cuisine for an unforgettable culinary experience. Quickly, the restaurant becomes a popular destination. Europea is named the restaurant of the year by the Société des Chefs, Pâtissiers et Cuisiniers du Québec in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 by Le Devoir, the Journal de Montréal and the Guide Debeur. Jérôme Ferrer is elected in 2011, the Chef of the Year by the Société des chefs du Québec and Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux.
