QNTM Fit Life is a 24/7 staffed gym on George L Davis Boulevard in Nashville's Gulch area, built around a two-storey functional fitness training floor. Personal training options include strength and conditioning, weight loss coaching, body recomposition and performance testing, alongside structured training programmes. The recovery area offers an infrared sauna, Theraguns, air compression boots and red light therapy, and VIP members can add tanning, massage and towel service. The gym sells day and week passes and provides member parking in the nearby Whole Foods garage.
