Having worked with globally renowned hotel chains such as Radisson, The Park, and Raffles, Gurpreet has grasped the fine nuances of Indian andinternational cuisine in just over a decade of his professional life.With Punjab Grill, Gurpreet has taken his love for Indian cuisine to new heights with keen focus on molecular gastronomy.
