Pizzeria Bianco is a wood-fired pizza restaurant founded by Chris Bianco, who opened the original in 1988 in the back corner of a Phoenix grocery store. Its downtown home is in historic Heritage Square on East Adams Street, next to the Bar Bianco wine bar. The restaurant serves artisanal pizzas built on house-made dough, alongside salads and wine. The wider Bianco group also runs bakery and pasta concepts, sells merchandise online, and ships pizzas nationwide through Goldbelly.
