Located in Leyton Grange Estate, in the heart of Leyton, Pause is a small, friendly studio offering Yoga, Pilates, Pre & Postnatal, and Barre classes, providing a brief respite from the demands of everyday life. We have highly experienced Professional teachers offering a wide range of styles for beginners and over 50s through to advanced. The studio is a relaxed, inclusive environment with smaller classes inclusive of Private Yoga & Pilates Classes our teachers can give you greater attention, making Pause Yoga Studio the perfect space to practice, whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner.
