Paragon Restaurant is a Malabar cuisine restaurant brand founded in Calicut in 1939 by P. M. Govindan after he retired from the Railways, and now led by his grandson Sumesh Govind as CEO. In Kochi it operates an outlet on the first floor of the annex building at Aster Medcity on Kuttisahib Road, alongside Calicut Paragon at Lulu Mall. The menu centres on Kerala and Malabar dishes such as mutton varattiyathu, crab bhoomika and kozhi porichathu, with continental and international options also served.
