Parag Bakery is an Indore bakery founded in 1966, with its Gopur Square outlet at Phooti Kothi Circle on Ring Road in Sudama Nagar and further branches in Dravid Nagar and Rau. All of its products are pure vegetarian and eggless. The range includes custom cakes, cheesecakes and soft cookies, along with fresh breads and savouries such as paneer patties and samosas. The bakery also creates showpiece event cakes, including Eiffel Tower, rotating and chandelier designs, and supplies corporate food boxes for office events, birthdays and seminars.
