Ottoman Cuisine is a Turkish restaurant in Barton, Canberra, run by chef and owner Serif Kaya since it opened in 1992. After more than three decades of service it reopened in 2024 in its original Barton building, which is being expanded to include a separate function space and an alfresco courtyard. The restaurant serves dinner Tuesday to Saturday and lunch on Fridays, and offers online bookings, gift vouchers and private function spaces. Its site lists a long run of Good Food Guide chef's hat awards.
