On our channel, we will share how to use our platform, and educational information for businesses, notaries, and signers. Our platform conforms with all state-mandated legal requirements for legal Remote Online Notarization. The personal information supplied by you to legally notarize your document(s) will be handed off to our secure and trusted ID Proofing vendor. Notarize Genie does not have access to nor do we store your personal information. In order to legally notarize a document online, each signatory is required, by law, to pass KBA - or - Knowledge-based Authentication along with Credential Analysis just prior to meeting with a notary public.
