Norté is a Latin American restaurant on the Gold Coast Highway in Mermaid Beach, where much of the menu is cooked over a wood-fired hearth. It opens for dinner on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and from midday through to late evening from Friday to Sunday. The venue belongs to the Friends Of hospitality group, whose website handles its bookings and enquiries, and it has been featured in regional restaurant guides covering the Gold Coast dining scene.
